Forankra AB – General Delivery Conditions
Valid from April 1, 2018
The delivery date on the order confirmation refers to the shipping date of the goods.
Any remarks on an order must be communicated within 3 days after the order confirmation has been sent, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Returns of misplaced orders must be done within 1 month after the order confirmation has been sent. The order will be credited with 80% and the customer is responsible for the return freight. Exceptions for this are manufactured products and buy-to-order products, which are not accepted as returns.
If the goods or the packaging is damaged or missing upon delivery, the deviation must be noted on the bill of landing and the forwarder must sign it before the goods are received. This is a prerequisite for getting your shipping claim approved. Contact our order department firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for further handling of the case.
If the product is incorrect, broken or otherwise does not meet applicable requirements or standards please contact our order department email@example.com for further handling of the case.
In order for a return to be approved, the customer must have received a return form with RMA number from Forankra. Returns without a RMA-number are not accepted.
The same delivery terms apply for the entire order. If the customer has accepted partial delivery, transportation cost will be charged at each delivery.
For orders with a value below 1500 SEK (excl. VAT) an administrative fee of 300 SEK (excl. VAT) will be added.
Packaging is charged in line with the current day price. Forankra delivers the goods with EUR-pallet as standard in order to avoid environmental impact and disposables.
Interest for unpaid invoices are charged with 14%.
